Action for Peace and Liberty is an independent Think Tank aiming to produce studies, develop proposals and disseminate solutions in the field of public policy, economy and governance, for economic progress, prosperity and lasting peace in the Democratic Republic of Congo, in the Great Lakes Region and Africa.The Think Tank APL-DRC places social values and man in his diversity at the center of his thinking. Its purpose is to make proposals, produce expertise, animate public debate, participate in the conceptualization of progressive and humanist ideas and develop methods in all areas of public policy, economics or private initiatives.
APL-DRC Think Tank aims to promote and popularize classical liberal ideas, free trade, free market and respect for private property. In short, innovative ideas in the field of public policy and the economy as well as the major issues of economic freedom and lasting peace in the DRC, in the Region and in Africa. This Think Tank is a place of consultation independent of any Congolese citizen, of the region and of the rest of Africa.
APL-DRC will contribute to the animation of democratic debate, to the life of ideas, to research and to the improvement of public, economic and good governance policies in the DRC, in the Region and in Africa. APL-DRC carries out its activities in the service of citizens, in complete independence and with full openness.
